Sound Healing
Through an arrangement of sacred sound, one is immersed in a sonic experience and led into a state of deep relaxation, where physical and emotional tension is released.
It is in this state of slowing down that the nervous system can rest, creating the space for one to come home to themselves.
What’s special about Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is one of my favourite ways to experience deep rest and relaxation. This practice is experiential and goes above and beyond the mind because there isn’t any effort required from the receiver in order to benefit from it, making it unlike any other form of meditation.
Beyond what the naked eye can see, we live in a reality where particles are vibrating constantly at an atomic level. Through continuous exposure to stressful situations, noise pollution, and toxicity, one can feel out of tune or imbalanced physically and emotionally. By immersing ourselves in harmonious sound vibrations for an extended amount of time, our being is re-harmonized, creating a sense of wellbeing and peace within.
Through intention, ceremony, sound, and sacred space, a safe container is created to process any unresolved emotions or to relieve any accumulated tension within the body and mind. This process is completely effortless, as the participant experiences the full immersion of sacred sound.

Individual Sessions
Through this 1:1 approach, the session is entirely dedicated to creating a unique experience for you and will allow us to go deeper in the journey.
In-person sessions can be held at a private location of your preference. In-person session rates begin at 100$ and will adjust depending on location to cover travel fees.
Please specify whether you wish to have an in-person booking and provide several available dates with your location so that we can find a moment to work together. :)
Online sessions are also available and are hosted on Zoom. A recording of the session is included — see details below.
